Make the everyday work easier.
Chasing updates and typing the same thing twice add up fast. We find the work that’s harder than it should be, make it simpler, and show you where automation and AI actually help.
What feels harder than it should?
Most owners can name it in a sentence. It’s usually 1 or 2 things that keep coming back:
- The same task keeps landing back on your desk.
- The same information gets typed into a second system.
- A simple request takes 4 steps and 3 people.
- Work waits on one person remembering it.
- Someone chases an update that already exists somewhere.
- The busy weeks cost more effort than they used to.
Usually the work grew faster than the process around it.
Simplify first. Automate second. Add AI where it helps.
The order matters. Automating a messy process usually just makes the mess faster.
- Simplify. Remove steps, handoffs, and rework that don’t need to exist.
- Automate. Let the systems you already pay for handle the repetitive parts.
- Add AI. Where drafting, summarizing, or sorting genuinely makes the work easier.
Throughout, you stay in control. The goal is less draining work for the people you already have.
How it works
- Understand the work. Time with you, and with the people who run the process every day.
- Find the friction. Where the same work keeps coming back, and why.
- Map one workflow. How it runs today, and a simpler version of it.
- Decide what changes. What to simplify, what to automate, and what to leave with a person.
- Name the first step. The one change worth making before anything else.
What you leave with
- The work today: where your time and effort are going.
- Top 5 opportunities: ranked by time, friction, impact, difficulty, and how much judgment the work needs.
- The first workflow: mapped as it runs today, and simplified.
- Recommendations: what to simplify, automate, assist with AI, and keep with a person.
- A first step: the one change worth making first.
- A proposal to build: a fixed price, if you decide you want it built later.
Nothing gets built during the Field Report. Building is quoted separately, with no obligation.
Timing and payment
2 to 3 weeks. 50% up front and 50% at completion. Includes the conversations, the report, and a walkthrough call.
Our guarantee: If we don’t identify meaningful, actionable opportunities to simplify the business, you don’t pay.
Questions
Is this about replacing people?
No. The goal is less draining work for the people you already have, so they can spend more time on the work that needs them.
Will we need new software?
Usually not. The systems you already pay for can often do more than they’re doing now. If something new would genuinely help, we’ll explain why.
Do you build the automations?
We can. If something is worth building, the Field Report ends with a fixed-price proposal. Whether you build it, and with whom, is your call.
