How it works
Visibility Field Report
We start with what you want to be known for, then look at where you show up today across Google, Maps, and AI tools, and what’s getting in the way. You get:
- 3 to 5 priority topics
- A visibility baseline
- Your top 5 priorities
- Specific findings and recommendations
- A 6-month roadmap
The report is yours to use however you want. If it doesn’t uncover meaningful, actionable opportunities, you don’t pay for the Field Report.
Build Visibility
If you want us to handle it, we work through the roadmap in the order that makes the most sense, make the improvements, and adjust as we learn. You get a short report each month, a check-in at 90 days, and a review at 6 months.
Ongoing Visibility
Once the foundation is built, the work gets lighter and more focused: keeping what’s working, finding new opportunities, and adjusting as search changes. The monthly price comes down too.
Questions
Do I have to sign up for Build Visibility?
No. The Visibility Field Report stands on its own. You can hand the findings to your own team or your web person and go from there.
Do you need access to my accounts?
No. Most of the work uses what anyone can see in public. Read access to Google Search Console and your Google Business Profile helps if you have them. If we can’t check something, the report says so.
Which AI tools do you look at?
Tools like ChatGPT, Google AI, and Copilot. We run the same customer questions in each one and record what came back.
How long until I see results?
Search takes time. You’ll usually see early movement in the first month or two, and a clearer picture of calls and inquiries by month 3. We’ll always show you what’s actually happening.
Can you promise I’ll rank higher?
No one can promise that, and we won’t. Search and AI results change all the time. What we can promise is a clear picture of where you stand and what’s worth doing about it.
What isn’t included?
Ads and social media. If a bigger website rebuild makes sense, we’ll say so and help you find the right person.
